I want to bring to your attention a new publication from Health Research for Action at UC Berkeley.
It contains an excellent overview of occupational health issues, the regulatory gaps, and proposed solutions to lead poisoning. There are specific references regarding the sources of occupational lead exposure from recycling electronics (see page 3).
I highly recommend this publication for anyone doing work in this area.
